I have 39 years in the auto business serving Ocean and Monmouth counties. I am Very involved with many community and charitable organizations. Have won many awards and certifications from several auto manufactures. Proud to be apart of the Lester Glenn Family.
Kerry Monica
Fixed Operations Director
Kerry's dealership expertise is in parts and service. When he started with Lester Glenn Auto Group, he was responsible for overseeing parts and service for 2 locations in Toms River. In 3 short years, he now oversees 5 locations including Hyundai of Toms River, Buick-Pontiac-GMC of Toms River, Subaru of Toms River, Lester Glenn Collision Center of Toms River, Hyundai of Manahawkin, and more than 125 employees on a daily basis.

With over 20 years in the automotive industry, Darren has worked in every aspect of this industry. Over the years, his accomplishments include ASE Certified Technician, GM certified Sales Consultant, Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals certified, and GM Certified Sales Manager. Darren aspires to live the Lester Glenn Experience in making sure that every customer is treated fairly and honestly in a no hassle, no pressure environment.
Stanley Goldinger

Stan has been with Lester Glenn for over 12 years but comes with over 22 years in the automotive industry. Stan has held management titles and goes out of his way every day to care for the needs of our customers. Stan is also GM certified top honors and consistently scores high on product knowledge.
Chris Hardick
Internet Manager
Chris has been in the automotive industry for about 12 years. Starting out as a salesperson, Chris is now Internet Manager for Lester Glenn Auto Group. His team answers your calls and e-mails, as well as keeping all Lester Glenn websites and social media content current. He loves his job and enjoys sharing the Lester Glenn Experience with everyone he comes in contact with.

Ed joined Lester Glenn in 2009 and has adapted to the Lester Glenn experience almost immediately. Ed is GM certified Sales Consultant top honors and is very fluent in product knowledge. If Ed doesn’t know the answer, he knows where to get it. Ed’s patience puts customers at ease and he is not satisfied until his customers are.

Mathew Siderio
Finance Manager
Matt joined Lester Glenn in 2007 and has over 5 years experience in auto sales and finance. Matt is the person that handles all of the purchase paperwork from the temporary license plate to the bank finance contracts and makes sure that all the paperwork is accurate and complete. Over the years, Matt has established relationships with many banks, enabling him to assist with even the toughest loan for our customers and he always takes the time to make sure each customer understands the process and what each piece of paper means.

Responsible for organizing and filing over 30,000 secured documents for parts and service departments within a calendar year.

Sue started with Lester Glenn 6 years ago bringing with her over 20 years of automotive operations and accounting experience. At the time, Lester Glenn had only 2 locations with 2 franchises. Since then, Lester Glenn has doubled in size and she is very proud to have been an active part of that growth.
Bobbie Britton
Assistant to the Comptroller
If Sue is not available, Bobbie is your go-to person. In addition to holding down the fort in Sue's absence, Bobbie is also in charge of payroll, which includes, but is not limited to, medical benefits.

Most of our vendors don’t even know Erin’s name and why is that? Because vendors that are paid on time are happy vendors and seldom have a need to call. In the rare occasion that they have a question they are always given prompt courteous attention by Erin.
Wendy Christensen

When you refer a customer to purchase a vehicle from Lester Glenn, Wendy is the person that will send you a referral check. She is also the person that will make sure the factory has all of your information when you purchase a new vehicle from Lester Glenn. And that warranty you purchased... don’t worry. Wendy will make sure that gets processed in a timely fashion.

Pam registered over 5,280 new and used vehicles for Lester Glenn last year. Whether you pick up new plates from the showroom or you receive your transfer in the mail, be assured that Pam has done her best to get this to you in a timely fashion.
Arlene Franzke
Bookkeeper
Arlene spends most of her time processing sales transactions the morning after they occur. Her sharp attention to detail allows her to process millions of dollars of transaction in any given week.

If you think you signed a lot of papers when you sat with our finance managers, imagine what Diane processes in a month. One of her many responsibilities are to go through each and every sales file and verify the accuracy of the information within it.

Mary's strength lies in her versatility to help in many areas. After she and Diane finish processing sales files, Mary makes sure that all of our wholesaled vehicles are titled and that our supplies never fall below an adequate level. New hires that need a uniform, not to worry, Mary is on it!
