The 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 offers endless possibilities for work-oriented drivers, with eight trims, four engines, three cabs, and several bed lengths available. From honey-do lists to a sturdy full-size work truck for the toughest jobs, it can handle it all. Lester Glenn Buick GMC invites you to explore every available configuration.
Three Engines
There are three engines to choose from in the 2025 GMC Sierra 1500. An entry-level 5.3-liter engine produces 355 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque – best-in-class torque for a standard engine in its class. The next step up is a 6.2-liter V8 engine that delivers 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. Finally, a 3.0-liter Duramax® turbo-diesel completes the engine offerings and creates 305 horsepower and 495 lb-ft of torque.
All engines pair with a ten-speed automatic transmission. Although rear-wheel drive is standard, four-wheel drive is available across the range. When properly equipped, these engines enable a maximum towing capacity of 13,200 lbs.
Cab Size and Bed Lengths
Whether your pickup truck is for family outings or transporting a work crew, there are cab sizes and bed lengths to accommodate every scenario. Cab sizes include a single cab, double cab, and a four-door crew cab. The crew cab’s impressive interior space includes up to 44.5 inches of front leg room and 43.4 inches in the second row.
Bed lengths range from five-feet eight-inches to just above eight-feet, allowing you to customize the truck to your preferences and needs. Increased off-road capability is available on certain trims to navigate the roughest terrains.
