Adam Kraushaar

Adam is the third generation operator of Lester Glenn Auto Group. Following the footsteps of his father, Stanley Kraushaar, and his grandfather, Lester Glenn, Adam grew up working summer jobs in various dealership departments. After college, Adam pursued a career on Wall Street for 16 years. In November, 2006, Adam joined his family and the Lester Glenn team with ambitions to expand the Lester Glenn Auto Group footprint. In 2007, after his father, Stanley, retired, Adam assumed his role as President and Owner of Lester Glenn Auto Group. He is dedicated to preaching and practicing the same founding principles of doing everything possible to take care of our customer, and treating them with dignity and respect.

Kerry Monica has more than 36 years in the automotive industry "the old fashion way" starting his career path just out of high school in all aspects of a dealership and working his way up to Director Of Fixed Operation of Lester Glenn Auto group with the daily responsibility of overseeing 13 manufacturer franchises located in Ocean and Monmouth Counties at 10 different locations and one of the largest Collision Centers in the Northeast with a team of over 500 employees. He prides himself with his accomplishments at Lester Glenn and lives by one of his most famous lines "You're only as successful as the people you surround yourself with."

I have been in the auto industry for more than 37 years and have loved every minute of it. I enjoy helping customers get into the vehicles of their dreams. It is always fulfilling to see a customer smile and ring the good luck bell. When I am not working, I enjoy doing projects inside and outside of my house. I also enjoy playing golf, watching the New York Yankee and New York Met baseball games, hanging out with family and friends and singing karaoke. I have 3 daughters who I am so proud of, along with 2 grandsons, who I love more than life itself. I currently drive a GMC Sierra. If I could own any vehicle of my choice, it would be either an older, mint condition Hummer H1 or a replica Speed Racer Mach 5!
