I've spent over 39 years in the automotive industry, starting right out of high school and working my way through every level of dealership operations the old fashioned way, by doing the work, learning the process, and earning each step forward. Today, as Director of Fixed Operations at Lester Glenn Auto Group, I oversee 12 franchises across 12 locations and one of the largest collision centers in the Northeast, helping support a team of nearly 600 employees. My focus is on building strong processes, developing people, and delivering an exceptional customer "experience" at every touch point. I take pride in the culture we've built at Lester Glenn and the results that follow. I've always believed that leadership is about the team, not the individual. One of the principles I live by is simple: "You're only as successful as the people you surround yourself with."
